How Can I Get It To Change To Be Along This Axis?

If you see what I mean!! Change from Columns to Rows

I'm copying data from a webform that is vertical, but wish the information to appear linear. Because of the number of records and the variance of the data, I need to copy it exactly. So I copy 'n paste. But it is vertical because of the way the forms are given to me.

Any help mucho appreciated!!

 

Ah ... the magic of transposing:

Assuming not formula based, i.e. just values:
Highlight the column of data and click copy...
Select the cell you want to use as the first entry of the row*...
Right click the selected cell and select 'Paste Special'...
Tick the 'transpose' option (lower right) and slap OK...
Robert is now your fathers brother

*You cannot transpose the selected fields into a cell belonging to the selected fields (paste will throw its rattle and complain about the dimensions not matching)
