should i update to sp2 or leave it on sp1.

I've got SP2 and had no problems. Some people have reported some though.

It's got some handy patches and fixes in it I've found - such as pop up blocking on IE (if you use that for browsing).

 

It changed Bluetooth useage for the worst (IMO), but this was quite easily fixed. Apart from that, I've had no problems with SP2, only good things.

 

You should - no doubt about that however some people have complained that it is a nightmare and others (like me) have had no problems whatsoever.

There is nothing you cannot fix after a good session on here or google. Unless it kills your internet connection of course (doh!)

 

Have updated at least 10 PCs for family and friends, and I've not had a problem so far, and it being family and friends, as you can expect, I'd hear about it if there was even a small niggle.

As always, before doing this type of OS upgrade, make sure you have a backup of your data, just in case.
