Reduce a folder full of jpgs to 800x600, took a load of photos at some gigs this week & dont fancy making them all smaller manually as theres over 600 of them (& 1 more gig to go).

Go get JPEGcrops. http://ekot.de/JPEGCrops/
Resize to whatever you like. I use it for making photos 6x4 or 7x5 before I send them off for printing-then I'm responsible for cropping rather than some automated process. Does loads at once and is very quick

have used "resize your picture" - did just that on 150 odd holiday pics , free for 30 days
