I'm assuming this is broadband and your using a USB ADSL modem? Go to Start --> Run and type in cmd, at the command prompt type "ipconfig /all" (without the quotes) and check for how long the ip lease is for e.g
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 04 June 2005 23:29:35
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : 07 June 2005 23:29:35
It's likely that Wanadoo have changed their IP policy to free up some of their IP addresses and use fewer of them.

(Assuming it is ADSL)...
Wanadoo don't offer static addressing (http://www.wanadoo.co.uk/help/id/6111.htm), so your address is bound to change at some point. FWIW, I found the same when I was on Freeserve (later Wanadoo) - my 'dynamic' address didn't change for something like 2 yrs, and then changed quite frequently.
