take a look at this months PC Pro. Basically they got a right pasting in it saying that they are breaking the law re: replacing faulty goods. Basically this guy bought a cpu fan off them and it was faulty, but because he didnt have the box they wouldnt replace it
and also basically saying that their service and phone answering skills are less than that of trained chimps on drugs.
Couldnt have happened to a nicer company

Boy, and I thought I was the only one that thought that they were crap. I went to their place in Stoke and vowed never to return... the service was appalling and the arrogant little toss-pots treated me like I was some complete innocent when it came to computing.. I mean really basic explanations, even after I explained that I was a systems engineer... yeesh.
