I,ve had to upgrade to xp due to a system crash..

talk about make you look stupid... finally managed to get the folders and views back to how they shoud be.... short and sweet..
got a few probs though...
how do iget rid of that bloody annoying double sized start folder thing... i want the start menu al a 98 please..
and how do i get quick launch items on my taskbar (bottom of the screen)
i want it again as per 98... and the bloody icons on the right keep jumping ariund like no ones business.. why??
what idiots did they poll before deciding on XP??

1. right click task bar, select 'properties', select start menu tab, select 'classic' menu, voila 95/98/me/w2k menu's.
2. right click task bar, select 'tool bars', click 'quick launch' voila a few quick launch items appear on menu.
3. its the beauty of XP *cough* you never know what you like to you try it.
