Is it possible to be connected to the internet....
without being physically plugged into the wall?
For example have the router ADSL connected to the phone socket and be able to move around the house with the laptop without being physically linked?
linked by infared for example is it possible?

does the laptop have wifi? if not u can try this, u got setuo security which windows xp has it's lousy but wont give ur neighbours free broadband lol.
