With small business server, is there a way I can see what internet access people have been/currently are using (usage)

Bit like the email usage in the monitoring & reporting in server management?

Although that looks very good, Its way to much for what I'm after.

Surely SBS 2003 has an internet monitoring tool like the one its got for emails sent/received?

What about the web proxy logs that are a part of ISA?
ISA 2000

I guess ISA 2004 does similar, or more likely, more.
