Question 1mb unlimited bandwidth - good deal?

V21 are £19.99 for unlimited bandwidth, according to their website they are significantly cheaper than anyone else. Anyone got anything better?

I've been with V21 ISDN for about 3 or 4 yrs and after they sorted themselves out early on they've been very good - about to move house and get broadband and wondering if their sales pitch is flannel or genuine good value.

Cheers Bio - looks promising, might challenge V21 on this as I'm a long term customer.

Cool

Plusnet offer 2mb unlimited for £14.99 actually, the £21.99 service is for 30:1 contention and fixed IP, more webspace etc.

I use it and are very pleased wit it. The only poor thing is their newsgroups.

Cool

Well I have the Premier at £21.99, which is supposedly 'throttled' too, but I have yet tosee a discernable drop in download speeds at any time, and I am downloading a lot.

As usual, the fuss about the so called throttling of Plusnet users was a storm in a tea cup. The reduction in speed is very small indeed.

I'm at my in-laws in Denmark at the moment, and have just found out that my father-in-law's 1Mb connection costs 50 DKr per month, with 5GB of downloads included.

That's about £4.50.
