1. Press [services] on the remote
2. Then select system setup and press [select]
3. Now on the remote press [0] [1] and then [select]
4. You are now in the engineers menu
5. Choose option 3 for telephone settings
6. There is one for dialling prefix, stick a 9 in there.
7. Save it
8. Press Sky button and then order up Prem Plus.
