All Logitech ones seem to have the best picture quality IMO, I have the logitech Quickcam 4000 which is very nice, cost me £40 (1/2 price in pc world a while back) wouldn't have bought it at full price though, no webcam is worth spending £80 on lol

Got mine online somewhere (amazon I think) for about £55....... was a year or so ago....... maybe longer...
