sti-04!!

Hi,

I have got a broadband problem & was wondering if someone could help

Right first of all the broadband is not always connected, i just trail a modem wire to the phone socket at the moment

But when i am online & someone dials my number, the broadband just cuts off ??

Anyone any pointers

I am using the ADSL Filter as instructed

You need a filter on all your phones, not just at the socket you are coonnecting at.
If you have extension sockets with no phone connected then that doesnt need a filter.

as said above even if theres nothing in the phone socket, still needs a filter
