Question Microsoft Outlook 2003 question

Howdo,

I want to add a folder into my folder list which gives me a link to my managers e-mail. I have been set up as author so permissions aren't an issue.

Any idea what I need to do next ??

Chris - running 2003.

Miles - Sure that's okay but you have to do it every time you log into outlook and that's the problem. I need to have permanent folders available in my folder list that has my inbox AND up to 5 other peoples mail/calendar info.

Is it something to do with Advanced settings and adding mailboxes ??

Yep, that's easy enough, whilst in Outlook, go Tools, Email Accounts, View or Change existing e-mail accounts, select the account and Change, More Settings and finally Advanced. There you can add other mailboxes into your folder list.
