installed nero now pc cant find dvd drives!

installed nero now pc cant find dvd drives!
installed nero this morning reebooted the pc and now it cant find my dvd drives ,there is just a yellow exclamtion mark next to the drives in computer management .anyone help me with this

Update drivers and install automatically from Device Manager (right click on my computer/properties)

i had this prob ages ago and had to end up playing around with the upper and lower filters in regedit but cant remember what i had to do
