A warning window with ' Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library'
Runtime error, program:C:\windows\explorer.exe

Every time I open 'My Pictures'

Whats going on there then ?

Installed any new software recently? If it's XP try rolling back. Or you could try applying the latest service pack. Sounds like some system DLL's are out of step / out of date
