tv monitor
Hi,
I'm currently running my lcd tv as a 2nd monitor as i've normally got quite a few windows/app's open at one time.
I'm having problems with it clipping windows when maximized. Tv res is 1366x768/7ms response. Monitor setting is 1920x1080 to get as much of the window on the screen as poss. Is there any way to fix this so i can maximize a window on the tv and it doesnt clip the edges? Connections are HDMI input and DVI output. I cannot change the aspect ratio on the tv when switched to HDMI.
I think this will prove to be a problem when using the laptop for playing dvd's on the tv.
Is there are program available/comes with xp that can be used to sort this out/manage windows. I.e. size and where theyre opened to?
Also when black text is displayed on a white background there is random yellow shading of the letters.
Doug.
