spoof emails address

Got an email from me that i didnt send. How do you check the headers of an email thats come in that i think has been spoofed so i can see where its originated from?

Answer: Not easily I'm afraid. If you know what you're doing, it is easy to disguise the true origin. My technical guys often construct spoof emails as part of social engineering exercises - the headers appear to be completely legitmate.
