Does this help?

How do I increase the size of text on web pages?
You can easily change the font size in your web browser - increasing the font size will enlarge the text displayed on web pages, making it easier to read.
To change Internet Explorer font settings:
Click the Start button, select Programs or All Programs, then click Internet Explorer.
Click the View menu, select Text Size, then click the text size you prefer, ranging from Smallest to Largest.
Exit Internet Explorer.
Next time you start AOL, any web pages you view inside the AOL software should reflect your new font setting.
Tip: If your mouse has a scrollwheel on top, you can quickly change the font size of a Web page you're currently viewing by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel forwards (to make the text smaller) or backwards (to make the text larger).
