Hi just got one last night (with the hdd etc) got PGR3, Topspin Tennis and Dead or Alive 4.
Early impressions are very good, didnt bother reading the manuals (typical bloke) but straight forward to set up even using the dashboard was a piece of cake.
Must say the water in DoA 4 is the best water I have ever seen on any console or even pc for that matter, it looks so real.
Anway, few question
Can I use any usb wireless adaptor to hook it upto my home network or is there some kind of special hardware in the microsoft one?
Secondly, anyone recommend any really good games (fighting/driving/adventure) I like the idea of ridge racer 6, anyone got or played it?

I've got rr6. It's a good arcade racer to begin with (it's ridge racer), and the graphics are great, but it very quickly gets samey and boring. At least that's what I found...

You'lll need the Microsoft adapter to connect it to wireless ( or so I believe, someone might want to correct me )
Few of my fave titles:
Condemned: Fairly short but well worth playing once.
COD2: Great game especially on single player Veteran level.
Oblivion: Huuugee game that will keep you going for hours, weeks, months.

Up until I switched to Sky Broadband I was using an D-Link Ethernet Bridge to connect to my network. Can't get it to connect now though, but just letting you know there's other options than the expensive official one.
The Official 360 one looks neater though, clips on to the back of the console.
I can recommend;
Ghost Recon:Advanced War Fighter
Fight Night 3
Dead Rising
Test Drive Unlimited (try the demo first though!)
If you can, connect the 360 up to live! first though, as most of the popular games have demos which you can download.

Burnout Revenge & Ghost Recon should keep you happy and occupied for a while - both have healthy online presences too.
