exchange delivery failures

exchange delivery failures
I keep getting these appearing in my Outlook Server Failures folder.
I double click on the Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
Which says it's from me (being exchange postmaster i guess)
to an email address
Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
username@mydomain
It's stopping my backups saying they are corrupt.
Any ideas?
