What Would Have Wiped My HD Clean?
My 80Gb Hard Drive is partitioned into 3 ...... the first partition was wiped recently ....... I had to start from scratch.
Advantage is that all the crap got wiped too - and I have a fast PC once again - but lost some good stuff too
What may have done it? I have anti-virus running and updated each night .. it scans my PC nightly.

I backed up all my photo's in June ... went on holiday off and on for about 8 weeks - loaded all those pictures on as I returned home, then went again, returning each time and downloading ......
Didn't get chance to back them up
Music I can get again - photos of the summer holidays lost forever, with the exception of those I e-mailed to friends
