Default problem accessing a web site...help!

Hi,

I need to access (www.)team-mediaportal(.com), but for some reason I can't.

I'm running Vista Enterprise on my laptop with IE7 and I can access the web site at work. However, at home, with the same laptop, I can't access the site.
This is the only web site that has this problem. I have the same problem on my desktop machine at home, which is running XP.

I know the site is up, because I asked a friend to check the connection.

There's no problem with my router, because no settings have changed since the last time I was able to log on to the site.

The only thing which HAS changed, is my ISP. I phoned them, but they were at a total loss as to the cause. They're not blocking the site.

I think there could be a problem with their DNS server, so I checked the IP address of team-mediaportal.com, but I can't seem to connect with that either. I entered http://213.202.245.208.

Can anyone suggest how I can get onto the site and/or what might be causing this?
Thanks.

Can't access via that ip address but http is ok. Only a couple of things you can try
1. Leave the www out of the address
2. Clear your cookies and temp files

NOTE: every time I type the site's full name, a link gets inserted for some reason, hence the brackets...

The web site is 100% genuine and there are normally no problems with it.

No luck. Cleared the cookies (had done that before anyway) and tried leaving out www.

Can't connect via that link either.

I've tried going via Google, MSN Live - same problem.

Add another site... http://forums.thetechstop.org.

Same issue for me, but I'll bet others can access it.

Ah, maybe it's gone offline.

Just can't figure out what's going on with Media Portal though.

This must be a problem with my broadband supplier. I was able to view the site for a few minutes, but now it's dropped off again.

F%#K!!!!

Can u ping it? No problem here either. I reckon you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned dodgy ISP routing.

Pinging it doesn't work, but I can use 'nslookup team-mediaportal.com' to get the IP address. I thought I'd be able to get on to the site if I had that, but it's not working.
