Default PSP Techie advice

Had my PSP for ages now, pretty much from first release. All I have done with it is play games. I decided last night that I would look into what else I can do with it, so I connected to internet and had a play around with that....very good.
Anyway I know there are loads of other things you do, downloads etc cracks hacks etc
Can anyone point me in the right direction and recommend a few PSP related sites that will help me get the most out of this little gadget.

many thanks

well I've done it,

Upgraded firmware to 3.03
Downgraded to 1.5
Upgraded to 3.02 OE-C

So now I have a nice little PSP that runs a quailty SNES emulator and allows me to play old PS1 games aswell.
Loads of Homebrew apps to to try and now I have just ordered a 2G memory stick to replace my current 32M!
