Question Is my memory ECC or non ECC?

I need some more ram, and I know I need PC3200 DDR SDRAM, but how do I find out if the current stuff is ECC or non ECC? It says I shouldn't mix.

Is the only way to open up my case and look at one of the modules, or can I find out with some software?

Cheers

Cool

Mmmm, on the Crucial website, it says "be sure not to mix Ecc and non-ECC", but in the compatible upgrades, it lists both! It doesn't actually tell me what mine is, only compatible upgrades, which contradicts what they say further up..........

Download CPUz, run and click on the SPD tab. The correction box will show you either way.
