Question Mobile operators

Does anyone offer a facitility where you can have two numbers on one bill.

Basically my GF has a PAYG orange phone and rarely uses it but it would be handy if she could have her own number but be attached to my bill.

Is this possible?

With Orange, you can add an Orange PAYG account to an Orange contract account.
Have done this with my daughters phone... Its set so that £10 credit goes onto her PAYG phone every month but its billed onto my account, plus it also means that any calls between our orange calls are free (well there is a limit of a few thousand minutes/month but in effect its still free calls)
You can do it with multiple orange phone accounts as long as at least one is on a contract.
For example:
Dad - Contract
Mum - PAYG
Son - PAYG
Daughter - PAYG

All on one bill and all then can phone each other for free at any time!
