Never done this before but my laptop has 2 uses:

1) Working at home (normal logon)
2) Working at the office (logon to office domain)

Is it possible for MS Outlook 2003 to have a single message store on the laptop, that both the above users can share ?

yes, just change your outlook profile when on the domain to deliver all your mail to your personal folder (pst)

I used to have mine setup this way
