PC Recycle bin question

PC Recycle bin question
I have a standard file folder on my hard drive labelled "$RECYCLE.BIN" - it contains 3 "Recycle Bin" folders with the normal recycle bin icon... What's all that about then?

It should be hidden, have you selected to show hidden files ?
Its just the place windows copies the files to when you delete them.
Vault below is where AVG puts virus you ask it to quarenten (SP) ?

Ok - thanks - nothing to worry about then, I do have hidden folders showing 
Why are there 3? - in fact I've just looked again and there are 5 now
and the recycle bin is empty...
