can anyone recomend me a wireless router and dongle for my small office pc

Been using a Netgear DG834GT and rate it.

Been through 3 netgears so far in 12 months - they are very easy to set up and use but just seem to break alot ! Fed up and getting a Draytek now.

3! bloody hell. Seems excessively high. first bad report I've heard about them to be honest.

does the net gear come with a dongle or do i need to buy that seperate

It can do yeah, you can get bundle deals#

bear in mind home routers can be a little hit and miss. Personally I've never had a problem with Netgear but had several with Linksys. My Draytek 2006G was ace....as is my Cisco 877W

You want a DGB111GUK

Which is basically a DG834G wirelss modem router and a WG111T USB dongle

Assuming you are going to PCWorld...

Stay away from netgear!!! Have/had the DG834pn router. What a pile of ..... In the end opted for a Draytek 2800 as recommend by a few on here. Never looked back. Best router going. And it should last a long time as well.
