ok got a shared mailbox that has a ton of folders and a ton of subfolders ie a lot. Someone needs access to everything, do i have to go into every folder and add permissions? I cant see how else to do it & putting permissions on the mailbox doesnt replicate down so it like i have to which will be very tedious....

yes - permissions must be added to EACH folder
