my second xbox360 has just died

what an utter piece of plop. i'm going to go into Dixons tomorrow to get it swapped and see if i can get it upgraded to an Elite! what do you think my chances of success would be?

Mines beenfreezing for a while.. the games seems to carry on but my character drops out the screen... or his vehicle etc disappears... its nuts
Just been in touch with m$ lets see what happens.
