clear hdd space

Default clear hdd space

a few months ago my hdd run out of space i did a search on google which advised me on things to do including the tmp. files which i can safely delete,
it manage to help me clear space and claim back over 100 gb of space.

now i am having the same problem, but i didn't save that page and i forgot the things to do. anyone else help?

btw theres nothing in the temp folder .

how can you loose HD space and suddenly be happy that you have 100gig back ?? I'd say stop downloading **** and you'd be ok


honestly how can you do nothing and loose hundreds of gigs worth of space ???

Do the above. You'll be amazed at what it can clear up. Would advise to download teh "slim" version doesn't have the yahoo tool bars etc. (or just make sure you check the relevent box so its not installed - don't want needless spammy junkware slowing down your system ). Will clean up the system registry too (back it up first though).


Note: If your system has multiple user accounts (XP onwards), depending on your administator rights, you may have to run it in each user session as it can't always access personal files and settings.


I just used it to free up 10gig on a mates PC which had crashed as the hard disk was full...10 gig might not sound a lot, but it only has a 30gig drive, so It's freed up a third of the hard disk
