Trying to be clever with Outlook 2007 - help!
Hey all
I've got a load of emails in a folder from postmaster or mail delivery system etc to do with a mailing list. These are all the mails that come back as peoples addresses no longer exist.
Is there any clever way of going through them and pulling out the email addresses from the mails into a spreadsheet so I can then process them to remove from the contacts list? Don't want to have to do it manually if I can help it!
Any help mucho appreciated!!
Cheers
Neil

Just tried on my undeliverable folder (people spoof my domains)
Export bodies to a text file, run find:
find /i "@" file.txt >file2.txt
to find lines with @
and pull that in to excel...?
not elegant and may well have spurious entries as the formats are all different but a bit of trimming and tidying and it's not *too* bad.
