Ok i have Winfax installed at work and everything was fine and dandy until a week before Xmas, when it just stopped sending my faxes. i try to send one and it comes up with 'no dial tone' i'm at a loss. I have scanned it with my virus scan and tested the 'com' ports where it detects a modem on COM3 so it should be ok, could it be someone at work acidentally blocking my port as we are on a network or could it be a bug?

I need to send my faxes - help

Have you plugged a telephone handset in to the line you are using for faxing out to see if there is a dial tone there?
