What player would i need to play this type of file?
Anyone ever come across this? B'cos I havent & I've been into computer's for almost 7years now

IIRC they are apple lossless files
itunes should do the trick or winamp with the essential pack

M4A is otherwise known as AAC - its the default file format of iTunes & iPods.
AAC is actually a group of file formats - M4a being one of them, as Iain says, its the the audio file of the AAC family
