Anyone recommend a free bit of video editing software?

Taken a funny vid of my friend today attempting to snowboard for the 1st time and I want to mix a song into the video.

Any one help with a good free bit of software?

Yes, I'll second Movie Maker. Very good for editing video considering it is free.
