I am having some probs with my Dell Inspiron laptop, I recently Reformatted my hard drive to solve some probs I was having and reinstalled ME and all the drivers, now find I have no drivers to use the Firewire card to download video from my mini DV Canon camcorder. Dell say to contact canon but the drivers were on the laptop when I got it from dell.

Simple answers only as it is all I can do to access the internet.
