Trying to have a user that is not monitored or blocked, but the initial rule is "Block anyone" from "selected sites", therefore this overrules the unmonitored users, and they still get blocked. The only way i can work this out is to select each user to be blocked, but if someone changes there computer name or a new user is added they have full access until I add them in.

Basically i need the administrator account to be unmonitored and not blocked.

Andy,

The rules are inherited from the top level, so if the rule isn't matched at the top, it checks the next rule down and so on.

I usually set the block everything right at the bottom, with Administrator just above. Any user-specific or workstation-specific rules are set from the top-level.

Try to keep any "general" rules to the bottom and specific one's to the top. That way you won't filter traffic before it get's a chance to check the rules further down. There's an Up/Down Arrow to move the rule order around.

Hope that makes sense.

Stefan
