I use chrome for most things now, although i browse SN via firefox, just because this website now looks like a knocking shop with all the pathetic calling cards all over the place.
Now if i could get a adblocker for chrome i would be happy.

I use IE7/8, Chrome and Firefox daily.
As well as Chrome with it's Incognito browsing, IE has InPrivate and FF has Private Browsing which pretty much does the same thing.
Incognito/Private makes sure there is no trail of where/what you have been browsing - no traces in the address bar, no cookies etc. I can't imagine a scenario where it would be useful though...
Chrome has some awesome extensions - Webpage screenshot, IE Tab ( to give the look of IE for us geeks who need it), RapidShare DownloadHelper to name a few.
Firefox has some awesome developer tools, again for the geeks amongst us.
Quite why anyone would use IE6 voluntarily is beyond me. It is absolutely dire to use and is just asking for all sorts of unpleasant malware to infect your system.

Just testing Adblock+ for chrome, seams to work ok at the moment, seams to have tidied up this site a lot, much easier to block entire areas of spam.
