Hi All,
I've got a very large spreadsheet (ooeer) and there are area's of a single sheet that I need to include, but are out of date. I've seen other speadsheets with a wordart box 'stamped' over the spreadsheet page saying "not applicable after 23/02" etc.
The font is large and it sits centrally on the page but does not appear as a box, just as the font with the existing rows and columns 'behind' it.
If you can make sense of this and know what I mean how the **** do I do it? Obviously I can create the word art within the box but as soon as I apply it, most of the existing page underneath is wiped out by the wordart box![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Thanx in advance bods

If you just do, Insert, Picture, Wordart. Then the created wordart should have a transparent background ?
You can also make the words semi-transparent by right-clicking the wordart, choosing Format Wordart then checking the Semi-transparent box![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Is this what you mean ?
