Question

Just moved job, and new company has Eizo screens.
One of which of mine is out of focus, and there doesn't seem to be any way of adjusting it. Consequently, i'm suffring headaches which i've never ever suffered from before.

Is Eizo the bottom end of the market? Are they adjustable? Any other suggestions as to how i can avoid headaches, as his is seriously affecting my desire to be here...

They are very good LCD monitors.

Good to hear, they must have a focus adjustment then. The model number on the back is Flexscan T67S. The screen that IS in focus is a Flexscan F77S.

There is a piece of Screen Adjustment sofware available for download HERE.

This may have the settings you are after. Give it a go.

I take it there are no focus adjustments in the settings via the buttons on the front ?

You can either try and adjust the refresh rate of the graphics card, if it is set to a default of 60hz you will suffer. The LCD's have a phase utility which will adjust the pixel alignment within the settings on the monitor, if this is out the screen will look blured.

Most of the Eizo monitors have a 3 yr on site warranty if its not a problem you can fix.

Where are you working now that has all these Eizos as they are pretty dear . Some of the big newspaper groups use them as the are generally better than most of the mainstream offerings.
