Hi there you want downgrade to XP?At first XP no recognize 8GB ram(8gb ram only recognize XP 64bit),XP not support DX10,DX11,in XP you may have problems with drivers and other issues.
When your PC crash,in most cases its problem with driver or faulty component, try MemTest for memory, try 3D mark for GPU(Ati 5670),is your PC overclocked? In most cases its weakest PSU,please post your Wattage of your PSU.

Your error id is 43(63),this is probably overheating or CPU heatsink its not seat properly.
Just download HWMonitor from http://www.cpuid.com/softwares
/hwmonitor.html and after this post your temps. If its not overheating or your temps are OK,my second guess its something in BIOS,after this just enter to Bios and LOAD DEFLAUTS.

Cheers for your reply

think i have found the answer driver issues.

Kernel-Power 41 (63)

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

- System

i Had two Audio drivers:
ATI High Definition Audio Device
and
High Definition Audio Device

First disabled High Definition Audio Device
The computer would not restart in normal mode successfully.

Second try - I chose to
disable ATI High Definition Audio Device instead.
(Now this time enabling the High Definition Audio Device)

Found the answer on tech support forums
http://www.techsupportforum.com/micr...-63-error.html

Hopefully now solved
