Okay this question has raised it head again for a new client of mine.
Mac design agency-they chuck some huge files around and need some serious amount of storage for now and for the future.
Thinking of some form of Network storage (around 4-8 bays) like the QNAP series or similar with support for iSCSI/SAS
They currently have a macpro running OSX Server 10.5 and was thinking of adding in a card for the connection to the storage to alleviate the bottleneck and upgrading their switches to aid in the data flow.
Any thoughts on the best way to do this ?
