Default Itunes help please - Windows 7

Hi all...

I have just purchased a new pc as my old one was getting on a bit, 10 years old ! and have installed Itunes 10 on the new pc running windows 7, I copied the folders on my old pc from my music onwards and put them in the same place on the new pc..

I authorised my new pc for my itunes account and got Outlook to to keep my address book, snc'd my iphone and everything went through fine, I thought I was going to lose something but all was fine...

What I can't understand is on the left hand side of itunes I used to see the apps icon. I only see this now at the top when my phone is connected and there seems to be the check for updates icon disappeared under apps??

anyone got any ideas, phone seems to be syn'd ok, (I hope)

thanks

Andy
