More driving games are not simulation, but just arcade simulation and GT series has been only simulation before and after.

GTR-Evo is sim,but i like LFS(Life For Speed) is much better(look on internet or just try youtube).
For GT series pro,i like this game, because is just one game which have realistic sound of car(if you comparing to FM2,3 where Scooby have sound like Honda TypeR,or just GTR where are just racing cars, not normal car like EVO6,Subaru WRX etc.),for negative:AI need more aggressivity, more real tracks.
I play every racing sim or racing arcade on G25(on xbox i play just with joypad, due Xbox don't support G25/27).
You are play before any GT or any games on console?

I saw a clip from this game the other day and they had the Top Gear track on it. I know thats not a justifiable reason for buying it, but that would be quite entertaining for a few minutes.

And to think they probably rushed out a very buggy F1 2010 so it didn't compete with it.
Holding back GT5 for Xmas is probably more of a marketing ploy by Sony in order to shift as many PS3's over the festive season as possible.

I really want a new racing game, GT5PL was pants imo, just like GT4 with more defined gfx, I was/am prepared to give the full game a go but they are really testing peoples patience in regards to brand loyalty with this latest push back.
You get the feeling they lost touch with the reality of making a decent game a long time ago and imersed themselves in the minutia of getting a dead fly on the windscreen during a race !
Comic book guy mode = This had better be the best driving game ever !
Probably wont even be close

wasn't GT5 going to be a launch title...? Cannot believe it's been delayed.. again... regardless of the reason.
also, I was under the impression that GTs have never been licensed to show car damage - re: the last pic from jura11... is this ingame? with the car damage? That would be a first for the series and a vast improvement.
Have loved the GT series from the very first one, but it's only ever been an arcadey sim. More sim than arcade, but nevertheless

no no , that was their PR statement as to why they couldn't do it in the first four games but now with GT5 and the power of the PS3 they can finally 'do it right'....
