A rapidly, expanding company in East London is seeking a support analyst to work as part of our growing operations team. This role will involve infrastructure and application support for 45 staff in our spacious East London offices. It is a fantastic opportunity for a junior technician to become proficient with a number of key enterprise technologies and grow with the organisation into a permanent role.
With 2-3 years of technical support under your belt, you will have excellent Microsoft technical skills backed with MCP certification. Key skills must include Windows XP, Office 2003, Server 2003 and Exchange 2003. You will have demonstrable skills with a wide array of networking protocols and equipment; experience with Cisco and Sonicwall products would be a bonus. Other technologies that would enhance your application include: VMWare, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Red Hat Enterprise and Crystal Reports.
