So one of my colleagues will br working from home and needs to change is broadband to the company provider. I've asked him if he can get the MAC codes from the current owners.
However, I'm not sure what to do with the email. His email address will change but how do I ensure that emails from his current account will get to the new account.
Is there a means of forwarding emails to the new email address?

he may still be able to get e-mail from his old ISP via their website rather than through Outlook Express etc

On the other hand, Zen shut my account and deleted all email references (i.e. so anything sent bounced) within the hour I switched ISP.

So he'll be using the company ISP. Won't he be getting company emails directly? What does the change of ISP have to do with it? If its personal emails then it's down to him to sort that, surely? What have I missed?
I go along with the 'keep email separate from ISP' suggestion. Mine is separate and makes it a doddle to switch ISPs/move house etc etc
