Just gopt Ps3 1 from asda came out today

its good, same as dirt 2 really but new cars lots more tracks,

i loved Dirt 2 so this was a must for me,

Only downside is loading times seem a bit longish and ken Block now drives a ****ty Fiesta :P

Never played 2, and found 1 nothing like a rally game in the grand scheme of things, probably why I never went for 2 lol.

I may have to give this a go

I felt Dirt 2 was worse than Dirt 1 due to the vast majority of circuit racing.
Kinda put me off the Dirt games.

I did enjoy the rally stages in Dirt 2 where it wasnt banger racing round circuits

I think its awesome, playing on the PC with maxed out graphics and a Logitech DFP wheel/pedal combo.

I have been having a blast just using the in car view, the game is pretty simmilar to Dirt2 just with more rally (good thing) and less "totally rad dude" stuff (also a good thing, but that **** best stop calling me amigo )

Played about 4 hours so far, really enjoying it.

Just got dirt3 on the xbox, and I loving it. I do want a steering wheel now like.

It would be awesome with my gaming chair. (my mrs has a company doing gaming chairs for flight sim people so I had one made with my old scooby seat)

Dirt 1 was good, Dirt 2 was pants (not real rally anymore)
I'm enjoying dirt 3, especially the gymkhana but how annoying are those two plonkers that tell you what a good job you've done after every race.

Picked it up today, taking a bit of getting into, I first tried it turning off all the assists and couldn't get anywhere with it at all, so going to start off with some on and work my way up, it's a good game online though

It's ok At best., look good but is a long way from a sim or a rally game. Wrc 2010 is a better game

Anyone knoow how you access the Gymkhana mode? do you have to work through the Career to unlock it?

when i first played it I thought it was really easy then I realised all the assists where on, I turned them off and its a total different matter now.

I have kept the assists off but I am getting the hang of it. Like some pants games you cannot keep the gas on all the way round. you have to think about when your braking and steering ect. I am mega impressed
