Default Xp progs on win7

Just got my pc back from my it guys, had a virus so they changed xp to win 7 64 not the basic ones, now I cant put my adobe 3d software on as it says wrong operating system , anyway (easy) way round it?

Yes you can run via Compatibility mode.


But some programs you can't run in compatibility mode,because i've tried run AutoCAD 32bit in W7 64bit and AutoCAD give me just error,due this i've brought 64bit AutoCAD.

This depend mostly on programs.

jura has it mate. 64 bit OS. some older software will not work, even in XP compatibility mode.

tell me about it, there are only 2 or 3 of the guys I trust, but none were around that day.

got the adobe 3d installed ok after putting vpc on it
