formatting software

I need to format my PS3 HDD to FAT32. Now, I have Win XP Pro. As some of you might know, Win XP won't format anything over 39GB to FAT32. My PS3 HDD is 80GB.

Any suggestions

whack it into a caddy and take it to a machine that has vista or w7 on it
