Don't get me wrong apple are quality (well cust svs is when you need to exchange faulty units
) but they charge a premium when others don't.That being said, the iphone I believe is something like number 2 in the all time hardware list or something

$450m of the $1billion awarded is going for retrial, what Andyroid fails to tell you is the retrial could lead to an increased award to Apple. Either way Samsung lose, Apple's court costs are covered by the $550m awarded.

Jack fails to mention that the whole case is being appealed to the supreme court. He also neglects to say that several of the alleged patents have now been declared tentatively invalid, prior art that was not allowed to be introduced as evidence which will all be admitted in the appeal.
Now I think that the awards will be very little if anything at all, once it all gets sorted, probably in 2-5 years time :-D

I use Apple products and when they do something good I might post about it. You - CockForger - and AndyRoid don't use Apple products and constantly post negative things about them. Now, have a good think about how you're leading your life.

Having spent a little time laughing whilst reading the apple forums, I come back to find the same level of comprehension by jack as on the other forums.
Example" Samsung lost 1$ billion case, why haven't they paid yet"
Judge Koh who is of Asian decent must be corrupt and in collusion with Samsung because the judgements aren't going apples way.
Also the repeated name changing of Samsung to samscum' samedung etc. Reminiscent of someone on here who resorts to the same level when he doesn't like or understand what has happened to apple's case.
